writes: I want to know how can I approach this situation. I have a vendor and I am the client. I think she is beautiful and she flirts with me in a subtle manor. I want to know how I could find out if she really is interested without making myself look stupid or putting her in a bad position seeing as how I sign her checks. I don't want to be forward and just ask. She doesn't have to flirt b/c she already has the account, so how would I go about this???

A difficult situation! I would just say to her : "There is this girl I really really like and I need your help. She's lovely, pretty, intelligent, (etc etc etc) and I want to know if she likes me back without scaring her away. Do you think she likes me back?"
If she's smart enough she'll twig that your talking about her and you'll get a straight answer from her.
