Some of it comes back out but what remains inside is just absorbed by the body. And as for the other question yes the girl can feel it coming bac out it feels weird and kinda tickles.

however unlike the tide the reamins race for the prize. next thing your gf is pregnant and you gotta explain to her daddy at why you got his precious little princess pregnant.
the moral of the story is use a rubber other wise her daddy is gonna cut your nuts off and bury you in his backyard.

Please, let's clarify something here. It is true that some ejaculate flows back out, but nature's intended purpose is to impregnate the woman, right? It may not always be the intention of the partners, but it is the biological purpose for sperm. If the woman is fertile and ovulating, then her body has created an ovum (egg), sometimes more than one, which have moved from her ovaries into her fallopian tubes. These tubes (one on each side of her womb) extend from the ovaries to her uterus, which extends to the back of her vagina at her cervix. Think of the cervix as the tiny doorway into her uterus.
After the man ejaculates, some of the semen and sperm moves deeper into her vagina and will swim through the cervix and uterus up into her fallopian tubes. It's a long trip, but some sperm will usually make it. The most active of the sperm may reach the egg deposited on the wall of the tube, and it only requires one sperm cell to penetrate the wall of the egg. Voila! Then you have conception. The fertilized egg then proceeds into her uterus where the baby will grow. That's the basics. You should learn more about these functions in a sex education class.

It's somewhat messy.
the term "clean the sheets" refers to this mess.
Keep kleenex or something to keep this from happening-otherwise it's just sort of gross for both.
