 Well if your 15 or under and he is 29 then its probably not a good idea to be saying anything to him at all.
Theres nothing wrong with some age difference in a relationship but I would not recommend it until your a lot older yourself, you can easily get hurt both physically and emotionally.
Not trying to dictate to you but you need to be so careful contacting people via the internet, please use common sense.
