 ADHD won't change someones feelings about another person. My best friend is actually dating someone with ADHD and their relationship is pretty normal (however he is a little dependent on her but this is because of other aspects of their relationship and I dont think it's linked to ADHD). Also, my sister has ADHD and the only places where its interfered in her life is in school and keeping things organized. He might need reminders for certain things but it really shouldn't affect your relationship much at all.
