What can I do to stop obsessing about my teacher?

I have a question, and it may have already been asked, but here it goes:

I was walking down the hall going to lunch and it was pretty empty except for this one teacher coming towards me. I looked up to smile and be friendly (because you never know who you'll have next year) but his eyes were focused elsewhere; he was blatantly staring at my chest.

I will admit that I was showing a bit more cleavage than usual (my tank top had been streched downward under my dress), but still, it was weird; I'd never had anyone stare at me like that before.

Now I don't know what to think or do. He's a teacher at my school -- a young one at that (25)-- and he's engaged but now I see him around school all the time and we always kind of look at each other. I think I'm becoming obsessed with him.

What should I do?

OK, fair enough. In any case, he is one man (almost certainly among many) who noticed that you're an attractive woman. It doesn't mean anything more than that.

You were showing off, he noticed and paid you the compliment of appreciating. Nothing more. Don't think anything more about it -- there's no future there.
