I have been having unprotected sex for four years now and I have never for once gotten pregnant. What can I do to get pregnant? I naturally have a long cycle. Please, I need replies now.

Try taking your temnperature at the same time each day to find you most fertile time. Even with a long or irregular cycle you should see a slight rise when you ovulate. Having sex at this time should help. Has your partner had any children? It may be him if he has been your only partner in the last four years.

It is a hard process to get pregnant. And 4 years is a long time i suggest you talk to your gp. Ive been off my pill 5 months and only now ive tried to get pregnant. But i wish u luck and your gp wil giv u fertility pills

IVF treatment is one option.

Adoption is another.

I think doctors can give you hormone pills so talk to a gaenocologist.

If it's with the same guy then maybe he's the infertile one, so maybe he should get checked out too.

Has it always been with the same man? If so, perhaps he might have a low sperm count. There's a simple test to find out. Hopefully there are facilities on your little island in paradise that can check you both out for fertility problems. Meanwhile, keep having fun trying to conceive!
