writes:ok so i need to know laws aroud teens moving out of the house because im going to move out of the house and get an appartment once i turn 18 im 16 and a hlf rite now and my gf is almost 15 and i am wonedering if she can move in with me when im 18 and living in an appartment i need to know what the circumstances for this sittuation would be i need to get her away from her home life because it is causing her rediculouse amounts of stress.  In most states you will need an adult to co-sign in order to lease an apartment at 18. She most likely would have to have parental permission if she is under the age of 18. You need to check out the laws in your area.
