My friend is 14 and her boyfriend is 19. what are the chances that they will continue dating/have feelings for each other long enough to get married (at the earliest when she turns 18)? They have been dating about a year if that matters.

Tisha-1 agony auntI'm with emporess here. I think of all the people I knew in high school, call it 800 total. I think there were maybe 5 marriages from that. Do the math. It's not impossible, it's just unlikely. People change a lot between the ages of 14 and 24, more so than they do from 24-34 and so on.
