You'll learn that it can actually take nearly 3 weeks before any signs of pregnancy can be detected by a test. As for the really early symptoms, I hope you get other answers from women who have some experience there. Keep in mind that the symptoms could be individual to the specific woman and not every woman will have the same ones.

well some time their are no symptoms before you miis you period you just have to wait two weeks after you miss and then take a test.
And if you feel he's cheating your right women feel things when its wrong because things change from what he use to do to what he do now so talk to him ang let him know that if he is that its over and just work on your self because no women deserve that.
