To make matters worse we work together, we actually sit beside eachother!I am mad about him and I have to face him in work now everyday. Does anyone have any advice for me on how to get through this? I dont know what to do, I'm hurting so much.

The best way to deal with this is being extra-professional. Be completely neutral. Talk to him only when needed. Most of all, try to be better than him.
If you're boss was aware of the relationship, tell him/her about the split. If he/she knows about the split, as him/her to avoid putting you on projects together (that is, if your boss is tolerable. if thta's not the case, ignore the topic altogether, it would make things worse).

I think that you might actually get back together your boyfriend probably really does just need time out when he sorts his self out I bet he will want you back.
Just give him his space be a supportive friend and forget about the issues you have with him just dumping you. If you do this I believe you be back with your boyfriend and an item once again.
