A female United Kingdom age 36-40, *hannon elizabeth writes:

I meet a guy nearly a year ago and we started dating and we got on really well, he would always want to be my "boyfriend" but i got scared, but when i realised i wanted that he backed right off. So we became friends and we both dated other people, he had a relationship, but during this whole time he would phone me all the time, after his work or a night out, even though we was with other people. We would go out, we would meet up, we even kissed a few times but we never selpt together, so it's not like he has ever used me for sex. He even told me he loved me a few times when he had a few drinks (not hanging drunk!!). His friend started hasseling him for my number and he refused to give it but in the end the friend took my number from his phone but because i told him where to go he told this lad i was a bitch and so on, so they argued! He is very old fashioned and never takes girls around his family but i got to meet them a few times more recently but all this time we are still just friends, even though he treats me like a girlfriend. Im so confused as i still like him, but i dont want to waste more time. What should i do and what do you think he is thinking, does he feel the same???
