Weary about dating a co-worker, but did I miss my chance?

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I've been flirting with a co-worker for a few months now. Bam! It was intense attraction from the get go. We are both single but hes not ready for relationship at moment. We sexted and talked on phone almost every night. I told him at the beginning I don't screw around at work, so he initiated the text sex, and he respected my wishes to not go further. Last Friday was the first day that neither of us contacted each other, I was busy, but I missed him, and I guess he was busy too. On Monday, I got my usual hello hug and kiss (quick and friendly, closed lip kind) but we haven't text or talked on the phone since! He is still very attentive, and affectionate in a friendly way, at work, but MIA afterwards. We work different shifts, he has a second job, but that never stopped him from calling me or taking my calls... I figured he's moved on..did I miss my chance by not sleeping with him? He is a really nice guy, but I just feel weird about dating guys I work with, I need my job! But at the same time When we weren't talking sex we had deep conversations, funny jokes to share and random gossip about people we work with and I miss that too!

What can I do to piqué his interest again?
