reader, anonymous, writes (5 March 2007): Most likely not, pre-cum doesn't have as high a sperm count as the real thing, add to that the long distance the sperm would need to travel and the acidic nature of the girl's "juices" so becoming pregnant should not be of serious concern. Disease isn't too likely either, since most STDs require fluid transfer, so unless you had an open sore or he went further than you thought and assuming he has one to begin with it is unlikely you have an STD.That being said, it is best if you use protection if your privates are going to even be near each other-- accidents and overly-horney partners taking it farther than they should are always a possibility. Abstinence is, as always, safest, but barring that, just be wise; take the pill and use a condom and don't fool around with people with questionable sexual histories (read possibly disease ridden).

I'm guessing you are not wanting to tell your parents about this. Go to a clinic to get a correct answer. If you are not wanting to get pregnant at a early age, don't have sex.
There are young teenage girls who have kids and/or are pregnant. Be smart about it.
