Right i'll shorten the story but basically two nights ago i was with one of my good guy friends, and we knew we both wanted to just have some fun with each other.

So we were fooling around but realised we didnt have any protection so didn't actually have sex, the thing is we were both naked and his penis came close, maybe touched for a second, my vagina, and he didnt actually ejaculate at this point but im still terrified i could have caught something or could become pregnant, if some pre-come or something got inside me, do you think its likely?

any advice would be much appreciated

thanks

A male reader, anonymous, writes (5 March 2007):

Most likely not, pre-cum doesn't have as high a sperm count as the real thing, add to that the long distance the sperm would need to travel and the acidic nature of the girl's "juices" so becoming pregnant should not be of serious concern. Disease isn't too likely either, since most STDs require fluid transfer, so unless you had an open sore or he went further than you thought and assuming he has one to begin with it is unlikely you have an STD.

That being said, it is best if you use protection if your privates are going to even be near each other-- accidents and overly-horney partners taking it farther than they should are always a possibility. Abstinence is, as always, safest, but barring that, just be wise; take the pill and use a condom and don't fool around with people with questionable sexual histories (read possibly disease ridden).

Have your parents talked to you about sex? Have learned in school about sex ed?

I'm guessing you are not wanting to tell your parents about this. Go to a clinic to get a correct answer. If you are not wanting to get pregnant at a early age, don't have sex.

There are young teenage girls who have kids and/or are pregnant. Be smart about it.
