Question - (26 June 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 26 June 2009)
A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Ive been having really strange dreams lately about my boyfriend and im not sure if its either trying to tell me something or its my insecurities coming through in the form of dreams.

Basically. One night a few weeks ago i dreamt my boyfriend ran off with another woman and so to get revenge i went with one of his best friends and throughout the whole dream i was so bitter and crazy! Then the other night i dreamt that he was such an arsehole which hes the complete opposite of in reality. He was flirting with our friends girlfriend right in front of me and didnt care that i saw, and i threatened to leave him and yet he kept pulling me back in.

My boyfriend also told me about a dream he had the night after that, i was leaving him.

I know theyre only dreams but why are we both having them about leaving each other?

A female reader, Honeypie United States +, writes (26 June 2009):

Honeypie agony auntTo dream what you are dreaming, signifies your emotional state. You are excessively worried and fearful about a situation or circumstance that you are going through, it can have ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with your BF. It could relate to work, family, school and your brain works though it in it's own way. Dreams are very rarely prophetic.

You need to relax about the dream for now. I truly believe that dreams are a way for us to work though issues with out actually HAVING any of those issues. Like your BF is an ass in your dream, far from what he is for real. In your dreams you are dreaming of an nasty cheating BF, but at least be glad that in your dream you aren't being complacent, you take action.
