A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I'm a student and go to alot of parties. I was introduced to a guy about 2 weeks ago and we hit it off. We see each other alot around campus and he always says hi. He come over with a few other friends one night and we got drunk and had sex, and again quite a few times over the next day. he left and later that evening we met in town, i went back to his and again had the best night ever... we went and got coffee and stuff the next day. two days later i was having a party and sent a group text and email he was on both of them, but didn't reply and didn't come to the party.

I didn't think i was a booty call, but I keep wondering was he just in it for the weekend? I really like him and we got on really well before the weekend, i still want to be his friend but i'd really like something more

What do you think he wants?

A female reader, anonymous, writes (15 February 2011):

It is hard to know what he is thinking. You got very intimate with him very quickly, so there is always that risk that you don't know if he thinks of you as an ongoing thing or a fling. He didn't reply to the party invite but that may not mean anything. If you actually see him around then that is your best chance of talking to him and sensing whether there is something there. Texts are just too impersonal and easy to ignore. So subtly seek him out and be friendly and you'll soon know how the land lies.
