Hiya,
I Dont Think You Should Tell Him How You Feel, For The Simple Reason He Has A Girlfriend. It Isn't Fair On Him, It might put him in a difficult position, also think how his gf would feel. I Think That AT The Minute You SHouldn't say anything. Although You may Want To, Try To Move On, it might be hard but its for the best.
