writes:My boyfriend and I go out to a club every week and every time he will see a girl that he finds attractive and will check her out. I don't like it and I will ask him why did he do that. He says I should not worry about it as he is just looking. Is he right? Or is he really a player pretending to be a committed boyfriend?

reader, anonymous, writes (25 January 2009): I can relate to this question, and it's really hard when your partner is a looker.
But, just because he's with you, it doesn't mean he can't look at other women. I think it might be the way he looks at them that's the issue here.
You could tell him that it makes you feel uncomfortable and that he could turn it down a notch and not be so obvious about it. If he truly cares about you, he will take it onboard.
Or, you could start staring at gorgeous YOUNGER men, and see how he reacts...
