69 refers to the sexual style where both of you are in a position where your heads/ mouths are at the other persons genitals (hence the term "69" which illurstrates the position). Essentially it is where the male is giving the female oral sex at the same time she is giving him a blow job. It can be done on your sides or with one person on top. Go for it!
