A woman rarely orgasms through penetration (him going inside her) and strokes, so although she may not get quite as much pleasure, I doubt this would ruin the whole thing. Just remember, foreplay! Learn to pleasure her with other parts of your body, like your fingers and tongue. If you can get her to the point of an orgasm through this, then she's probably pleased already anyway!
