Thinking of a boob job, and I want to hear some experiences!

Hello all. I have a question about breast implants that has two parts:

First off, I'm wondering how the guys feel about them - if implants are better than small breasts or if there's no preference.

Secondly, I wanted to know if there are any women out there who have them - if they're glad about their decision or if they regretted it (and if so then why).

I have seriously been considering getting a boob job for the past couple years, but I'm scared because of all of the horror stories I've heard. (I'm wondering if it's all just hype, especially since there are dangers with every surgery.) I, of course, want to do it for myself, but I obviously am wondering what the opposite sex thinks about them, as well.

Thank you!

I had this done around 6 years ago as I was very unhappy with the way I looked and it was constantly on my mind, to the point of feeling anger and resentment towards some of my firends. I am very tall and big boned (but slim) so didn't feel I looked right as an AA cup. In the UK there are some places that allow you to speak to the actual surgeons for free and without obligation - this is what I did, and it helped ease my mind about some of the horror stories I had heard. I am glad I did it and generally feel much happier within myself, although there is a lot of stigma attached to this and if it ever gets out, as it did with me when I split up from someone I worked with, it can be quite difficult if you are trying to keep it a secret! I have to admit, it does annoy me sometimes when I am out and come accross people I used to work with that constantly go on about it - but this is mainly down to the fact that I have always denied it. Also, I get alot of attention from people I don't know (even from girls) asking if I have had it done if I wear anything slightly revealing - I guess you've just got to accept that.

If they don't look or feel "fake" then I would have no problem with it. If my partner had a very good reason for wanting them changed (e.g. there was actually something wrong with them) then I would support her 100%. I once got to feel a friends breasts who had implants and I couldn't feel the difference, like Ariel says make sure they are done a certain way, if I could feel implants I would find it pretty yuck.

You've got it a bit wrong about what guys prefer though.

Some guys prefer smaller breasts, some large, and some in the middle. One of my mates is obsessed with women who have A or B cup breasts. Don't be fooled in to believing what the media tells you ok? when someone loves you, they don't want you to change, and you won't find a guy who loves you any quicker by having bigger breasts either :)

If you've been thinking about it for a couple of years, maybe you are ready to go through with it?

I hate implates, they're not sexy, just hideous... Small breasts are cute as buttons!
