Yes personally I think you are reading far to much in to this. There are no signs here at all that would suggest anything else here. However if you feel that you would like to date her then ask her would she like to grab a coffee sometime. However just ask yourself would it be worth it because dating someone at work can cause a lot of problems if things do not work out.
