They then introduced me to the director and we sat in a room and spoke as well. And some of it was casual talk but maybe that was just their personality. But it gave them a chance to know I am not far from work and my current class is on the weekends even etcOn the way out, hr gave me their card and said i may have to come back and i said great and that i am available next week not really thinking they could schedule me tomorrow before a long weekend..they asked about tomorrow though and i said that's fine as well but i was taken back b/c i had a feeling they wouldn't need me the very next day so i didn't get what that was about. They then said they will keep me posted.I sent thought out thank you letters to both people that night. No word since then and i figured maybe after the long weekend they are still deciding/interviewing. I sent a nice follow up email Friday morning, a week later-9/9. It wasn't a pushy e-mail..just reexpressing my interest, asking if any decisions have been made etc etcNO RESPONSE...so i am either thinking--they didn't decide yet so they aren't going to respond just yet OR they are just ignoring me rather than simply emailing back saying it's filled.I really wanted this job Do you think i still have a chance? i know i need to keep applying in the meantime..still upset though. :(

Give it a week (from interview date) and then give them a call. CALL as in on the phone. Seem more personal.
They may have a heap more people to see before making a descision.
Good luck.
