My sister talked/laughed and I felt some of her saliva landed on my chapped lips. The skin on my lips were peeled there may be some blood because there were chapped. Is there a high rate that I could get diseases? My sister never had sex and she is still a virgin.

eyeswideopen agony auntHighly unlikely that you caught anything from your sister's spit. Buy some lip balm or chapstick until your lips heal up so you don't worry about it.
