For the past few years, everything was fine, busy but happy working everyday, unfortunately ever since my ex-managers were traveled back to headquater, new manger came, he is a demanding boss, perhaps im not up to his expectation, in the sense, he feels that Im not capable to handle the work, therefore, most of my jobs were being transfered to my colleagues, Im very disappointed, I had put in a lot of effort and done my part, am consider a hardworking and responsible worker.I already voice up to my new manager that Im not busy in the office and wish to take up more assignments, he said he will consider and finally he gave me some ad hoc works to do.My question, should I continue working in this company or quit and look for a new job, everything is fine working in this company except workwise,Im too free and feel restless, esp. when I see the rest of my colleagues are busy except me, I feel mad and sad.Im worried that Im unable to cope in the new company, cause I have poor memory, other than that Im fine,Any problem to change a new job after stayiny in a new company for 10 years? Please advise, what should I do.Lost girl,Thank you

Perhaps he came in, saw the amount of work you were doing for a low wage and took some things off your hands because you are being treated unfairly.
I think you need to ask him why he took the work away from you. He might have just wanted to make your life easier, or he might be evil and hate you.
Either way, it's always worth looking around and applying for new jobs further up the ladder. Apply to things as you see them. Your perfect better paid job might be out there and you wouldn't know because you aren't looking.
Good Luck!! xx

Basically, if you're getting the same pay for doing less work then I don't see what there is to complain about, but if your wages or salary has dropped due to doing less work then you have every right to complain and if necessary find another job and a company that values your skills.
Prepare a CV and get yourself off to the JobCentre if the latter is the case.
