Almost all these diet programs work if you stick to them. Do not give yourself permission to miss *any* workouts- make your workout the 100% top priority of your day. (check out "Getting Physical" by Art Turlock its available on Amazon used for next to nothing)
If you are sick, at least attempt getting through it. Often times a little physical activity will help you get well faster and you may find that you actually can do more than you think.
Keep a journal to make sure you are accountable for keeping with your diet and workout schedule. If you miss days figure out whats going on- are you scheduling your workouts at times when you have too many other distractions- for instance right afterschool people might come over or there could be school events that through you off. Make sure you record how you feel at the end of a workout and how much you lift. This is very important. At some point you'll be feeling low about life in general and want to quit. When you look back in your journal, you'll see how much progress you really have made. You'll be shocked when you look back and see that in December you felt like you were dying after a 1 mile run.
You also need some kind of inspiration. I'd suggest getting a couple of biographs of weightlifters. They usually start out scrawny or depressed and lumpy. Then they start in on the lifting.
So thats what you need- inspiration and a plan that you are comitted to. The world gets out of the way for a man with a plan. "The girls" dont like you because you dont find much to like about yourself. Fix that and all will fall in place.
Lets us know how it goes!

Hi Guy,
I am overweight and I have no problem meeting and attracting women. Yes, being heavy makes it more difficult for you, but it is not impossible. Focus on how you make other people FEEL, not what they think about what you look like. I am 300 lbs, and I have a great girlfriend who wants to marry me, and have gone from being a loser to a seducer. It was a long process, but it is possible. Check out my website of franktalks.com if you do not beleive that a heavy guy can attract women.

i found that by cutting back on alchohol monday to friday and just having a drink on weekends helps greatly. and not having carbohydrates in the evening, So for your evening meal have something like chicken And vegetables, or fish and vegetables, but have carbs during the day, for lunch maybe. For breakfast i normally have porrige with sliced bannana and a protein shake, i find this keeps you full through out the morning, so your less likely to get the mid morning munchies.
I found by doing this the weight has dropped off me, of course you have still got to keep up some sort of excercise with this, maybe running, swimming ect.
I hope this helps.
Good luck
