Dear Cupid

My team mate at work doesn't do any productive work. We both are of same cadre, i do everything and almost everyone knows that i'm good at what i'm doing. But this team mate is always sneaking behind my back. He always trying to get credit for my work, i cant complain since he is friends with my supervisor. He waits for me to leave office and then take my work and send it to everyone as if he has done it.

His sneakiness is getting on my nerves, i couldn't concentrate on my work anymore.

How to overcome this problem, please help me

You need to stand up for yourself and either confront the person or talk to your supervisor about this. If you don't do this you will constantly be taken advantage of. No one else will do it for you. This is will a huge step for you in the work place so it is better to face it now , sooner than later.

you say : "He waits for me to leave office and then take my work and send it to everyone as if he has done it."

And what do you wait for to confront him in this moment?

Just take a deep breath and wait until next time you know this is going to happen, then in front to him and coworkers confront him! Dont leave people walk over on you, just because you dont argue or you dont speak loud doesnt mean you are stupid.
