writes:Hello,I have been talking with a guy who is currently in another town. We cannot see each other every often but last time he was here he asked me out and we had a blast. He is talking to me very often and he is consistently contacting me. It is clear from his emails that he likes me and he wants to see me again.All this can sound promising but I am getting nervous and stressed. He contacts me when we are working but i will be off for two weeks. After these two weeks i will be in his town so we are supposed to meet. Now i am wondering what happens if he does not contact me before my visit ? What if he loses interest ? Should i call him or let him set up a date ? I really like the guy and i do not want to come as desperate.I do not want to be hurt or fool myself. It happened once in the past, the guy was head over heels and one day he disappeared. It was the same situation, he went on holiday so no contact for one week and after this week every had changed. He told me months after that he thought he needed to step back. I was terrible hurt and i think i am afraid it occurs again.Thank you very much for your advice. I really appreciate it.

 Simply call him ask if he would like to meet up soon when you are in town.
If you don't try because you are afraid to lose, then you will never win.
