writes:hi, i have a boyfriend and we do have sex. and we do like often. im on birth controle and hes had a condom on. while doing it my mom called and said she was on her way home so we had to stop, soo he never even came. when we were puttin our pants on he asked me if i was still taken my birth controle and my heart stopped, i was sooo scared and still am. he swears up and down he was just wonderin and seriously nothing happened and hes never lied to me soo i totally beleive him. this was a week after my last period. but now i have been really scared cuz he said that and i think i stressed myself so much my period hasnt come, do you know like how to calm myself down or anything?

reader, anonymous, writes (20 June 2010): look im a guy but what girls have said to me is im stressed out and i just tell them to talk to thier boyfriend and sort it out. its the only way to have it done proply instead of hiding and freaking out. if he likes/loves you he will understand.

the best thing to do is when you feel stressed, take some time out to be by yourself.relax take deep breaths and practice yoga or have a hot bathe with radox. :) hope this helps

reader, anonymous, writes (18 June 2010): Stress may cause a Period to be late. Anorexia and weight loss with low body fat ratios may cause your periods to cease. But if you are having unprotected intercourse or even if you are using condoms (many do not know how to use these) you will be at risk of getting pregnant. Lets face it... having sex means you have a chance of getting pregnant. To ease your mind, get checked for pregnance if you are more than 2 weeks late. For yuor sake (and peace of mind).
