writes: hellow there, the thing is im kinda confused right now. i lost my virginity 3 days ago , and im still bleeding right. i dont know how normal is this, and i dont know if the virgin blood could have got mixed with my period blood, because im EXTREMELY iregular, i mean, its like 36, 45, 25, 73 (seriously) and so on. i mean, i can never now when my period is due... and i cant tell either for the amount of blood because that varies to. so, im realy lost in here. i would go to the gyn, i've no problems with that, its just i dont now if i should he will take appointments if im bleeding, or if this is normal and i should wait ... or what to expect. please, guide me in here

It sounds like having sex has triggered your period. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless it goes on for more than a week.

How long ago was your last period? And how long do your periods usually last? Because that's most likely what it is. If it doesn't go away soon then see the gyn =]

You should probably go see a doctor, you really should bleed like that after intercourse. I sometimes spot, but it doesn't last 3 days. I am sure you're okay, but I would go just for a checkup.

I have never heard of anyone who bled for days after loosing their virginity. I thought there used to only be a few droplets of blood? But I don't know, I didn't bleed at all my first time.

I doubt this has anything to do with the exact act of sexual intercourse. But if this is highly out of the ordinary don't take a chance and get yourself to a doctor. Better to be safe then sorry.
