 Well, What you should do is go to your Family health care professionals in your area ( your doctors) The doctor(s) should be able to tell you whats up with your friend. They can possibly prescribe medicine, and some topical antibiotics, but its more likely they can just tell you to take hot showers/ baths, and clean as well as possible.
As for the yeast infection and pregnancy, it is possbile for pregnancy, there have been cases, and as for the yeast infection, you should watch out because it is common for men with smegma to have sex,and then the girls gets an infection.
Watch out buddy. Always use protection!
