Don't even consider getting married until these problems are resolved.
He has an extremely high sex drive that makes him sound like a sex addict so I think he may need proper help.
Many couples do have differing sex drives and they can compromise in which to accommodate each other but I think this is a bit extreme.
Seeking professional help could be an idea and also, the fact that you can't have a serious converstion does not bode well for matrimony bliss. It sounds like he is only thinking of one thing and not much else.
Are you sure he is the right one for you?
Couples counselling may help if he will go. Sit down with him and ask him to discuss with you your future together. If he will not do this, seriously think about not only not getting married but perhaps ending the relationship as well.
There has to be give and take on both sides for a relationship to work. Has he got what it takes to make you happy? Start asking yourself some serious questions and address these issues that are making your relationship go wrong by talking about them with him.
I hope this helps.
