 If she was going to leave him she would do it now. Draw back from her a bit and tell her to get in contact when she finishes the relationship and if you are single and interested you will decide where to go from there.
I think she is rather enjoying the situation of having two guys interested in her. And what does she mean by she's done this before? Do you want a girlfriend that has a history of getting a new guy lined up behind her current boyfriend's back more than once?
If I were you I'd take a step back so she sees you are not one to be messed about. If she then pursues you (and she's single) you can decide how to take it from there.
