I have good feeling it's me but we have been like brother and sister for about 7 years. He does do drugs and he has sex with all his girlfriends eventually. I don't care about the sex because I happen to love sex. I am concerned about the drugs and the effect on his health and mental capacity. I am not sure what the best path to take is.Should I date him and try to get him to quit the drugs or send him on his way?

 I don't think you should start dating him, drugs can f**k up relationships so bad. If you start dating him when he is doing them, he won't quit because he will think you like him even though he does drugs.I know it's not nice, but you shouldn't date him, trust me on this one love, i've been through it.
