My ex and i split 8mths ago. We've slept together twice since. He came for dinner a week ago and text to saw it was lovely. I've not spoken to him since. He left my place of work on thurs. Doubt i'll see him again. We saw each other and neither said goodbye. Should i bite the bullet and text him or wait till he texts me. I don't want to chase him but i want 2tell him i love him and will miss him. We're v.close. We didn't say goodbye as i think it would've been hard 4 both of us not just me. Shall i text him???

A female reader, Sugarbuns Australia +, writes (9 January 2007):

Sugarbuns agony auntNever let your pride stand in the way of saying what's on your mind. Text him, tell him you love him and you'll miss him. I hate it when women get hung up in the game of, who's going to blink first. Just do it. Think of it this way -- if he died tomorrow, wouldn't you rather know you told him you loved him when you had the chance?....Sounds tragic, but it puts things in perspective. Life is short.

Good luck.
