Should I tell her how i feel for her...before she leaves 'cause she is a student and she's gonna leave soon lol?????

Don't tell her whatever you do. There are SO MANY rules about kids and teachers in the UK. If you tell her, she has to report it and someone has to talk to you about it to see if she abused her position in anyway or she could be a paedophile.
Do you want to put her through that? Do you want to have that on her record when she's trying to get a job?
It's perfectly normal to have a crush on an older girl. You might grow up and still get crushes on girls, or you might not.
Enjoy your crush but DON'T tell her about it.
