writes:I am currently working in a small office for a small company.. very small company. I have been here for 8-9 months.I really can't stand the majority of the people here and I know that there will always be those situations in life where you have to suck it up. I am thinking if i should look for another job or just stick here and suck it up. Every time I start to think if I should leave I can't come to think of a job that would accept me.I am only a secretary and only have worked in food industries something I don't want to do again.Should I stay or Should I go?? If you are really unhappy in the work place, and you can't find a way to improve well then yes there is no harm in looking for other work. I am sure there are people out there who will give you a chance. Am sure plenty of people need a secretary so don't put it down, or if you want to do something else, maybe going back to education might be an idea if it is possible. Your dreams and reality are what you make off them.

 You should always look for improvement in you position. Don't give up your current job until you have landed the next one. Employers prefer applicants who already have a job. Keep applying.
