There is one problem, so I need some help from you all..

I'm male, 20. I got a problem. I've got a round black spot on the tip of my dick's hole (hole from where we urinate). It's been like this for 4 years, and it doesn't hurt and I'm not facing any problem. I don't know how it got there. I am really tense due to this. I know I should see doctor, but if anyone can help me through this, I will really apprericiate it. If someone got some idea about this, than tell me what it could be. Is it sign of terminal disease or it could be some normal disease?

willywombat agony auntIf it worries you see a GP. If you are in the UK you can go to your nearest GUM clinic (phone the local hospital and they will give you the number or put you thru) and you won't have to give your name. They give you a number and they will tell you what it is. To be honest it sound like a freckle/birthmark type thing. But as I cannot see it and you are concerned I recommend you go to the professionals who can help you properly.x

Bev Conolly agony auntA black spot that appears anywhere on your body for no reason that you're aware of, and makes you feel worried, is definitely a reason to go to the doctor.

The best-case scenario is where the doc says "This is nothing. Don't worry". The worst-case is where he/she says "It's good that you came in, because you need to treat this". Either way, you'll be glad that you went in, because you can stop wondering if it's serious.

If you don't have any other signs of ill health (no discharges, general weakness, rashes, hair falling out, bad breath, etc), then you probably don't have "a terminal disease", especially if the spot hasn't changed appearance or spread in 4 years, but if it'd make you feel better to know what it is, then go to the doctor and find out! No brainer!

Believe me, he's seen worse and he won't say anything to embarrass you.
