My friend and i have just recognized that we have feelings for each other...however our relationship is still at the neutral level of friendship...should i do something now (if anything suggest please) or wait for something to happen?

If you want to take things to another level and your partner isnt doing anything to move it up then why dont you take a chance and see what happens or even sit down and talk to your partner about this whatever you do dont rush things and make sure you make the right choice.
