A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi my bf and I have been going through a rocky time lately. He doesn't seem as caring as he used to and that makes me a little insecure about his true feelings. I'm always the one approaching him, sending him texts, making plans, etc. Before it wasnt like that. The thing is when I tell him about it he seems like he wants to change. He goes back to normal for a few days then goes right back to ignoring me. I really love him but I've tried to make this work for a long time now. He broke up with me maybe 2 months ago and I wanted us to fix things. Should I just let it go and move on? Or should I keep trying to make thing work? Thanks!!

petina1 agony auntI always think if a relationship is one sided then it's never going to work properly. I'ts got to be a two way thing where you both put just as much effort in to it. If you feel you are doing most of the running and getting no rewards then the relationship is stale. If he can't make an effort then sooner or later you will find someone who can. Hope this helps
