writes:My ex split with me at the beginning of November. She wanted freedom at uni but she still cares about me. We text every now and then as friends but I really miss her and love her. I don't know how she feels.Anyway, it's my birthday tomorrow and I'm having a house party. I'm in two minds about whether I should invite her. I'd love to see her again but I'm worried asking her will scare her away and ruin everything. But I'm also worried she'll get offended if I don't invite her. What do I do?

It really is your choice as its your party...
But why not invite her??? You won't - or shouldn't anyway - scare her away if you are just friends now. She would be pleased to be invited to a party, everyone likes to be included!

 Just invite her your worrying over nothing she might be busy or not turn up because she might feel awkward but i garuntee if you dont ask her that will be the end of your friendship and the end of hoping whether you will get back together.
