I think that you should get rid of both as they are both taking advantage of you. The teacher should know that you had her first and should know better then to purpose to a student. And also if the girl loved you that much she wouldn't even think of going with anyone else. Asking just for two things like that when you could just have each other would be enough for me. They both discust me and you deserve better.
Ditch the pair of them

Doesn't sound like she actually loves you, to be honest. I would leave her if I were you, and find someone else.
