Should I continue the relationship?

Question - (19 March 2009) 1 Answers - (Newest, 20 March 2009)
A female Canada age 51-59, anonymous writes:

I need some advice on the next step in my relationship...

First of all I have been living with my boyfriend for 6 months together for a year and a half.

He really wants to get married and have a baby. Problem is I don't know if I am able to have children, I am 37 with fertility problems. He still wants to marry me even though he knows his dream of a child may not happen... I too really want to have a little one. This may be my last chance as I don't have much time due to my health issues.

My complanits... We work opposite shifts so we only have sex on the weekend, I am in bed when he gets home late at night. He looks at porn every day, he doesn't know that I can see the history on the computer. I wouldn't care if it wasn't so frequent...

Oh and he really doesn't help me much around the house. I don't know if I should marry him? I love him and want a little one....

ok so this breaks down like this, once we take away the similarities.

You cook and clean, he surfs porn? (not really a balance)

talk to him and say that's not acceptable. That you want him to stop and help.

I think you want to marry him but you are scared that he is a looser - let him continue and he will be. tell him what you want. The shift thing will work out. Try and have kids :)
