 I sounds like your relationship is over, so there's no harm in asking this girl out for a drink or something - please be a gentleman and finish with your gf first!
Even if this girl you like says no (which she might not!)you haven't lost anything as the chances are your relationship doesn't seem like it's going to last anyway and seems you and your gf both feel the same.
So talk to your gf finish it on good terms and ask the other girl out .... go on!
