i think u shuld just talk to ur best frend about it, if hes over her and everything then their shuldnt b a problem..buh then if he does still like her then do u really wanna risk your relationship for some girl?

 if u and ur ex had a good split and ur still friends then u should just ask her if she would mind if u asked her friend out if it was a bad split then i would leave it for a few weeks u dont wanna hurt her any more than u have to good luck hope this helps.
