You see I've started a new part time job at this place in november, a month before I started a girl joined part time as well. We are always talking a lot during our shifts and are quite friendly with each other, and at certain points kind of flirty. Three people that work there have said to me that they think she likes me in that sense and everyone else seems to ask me if they want to know where she is. I want to ask her out but I'm a little nervous, for one thing she is 20 and I'm 18. It isn't much of a difference but seems slightly like it (though I will be 19 for a few months before she hits 21). Also I'm a little worried of awkwardness if she says no since I will see her every shift I do. Also I feel that since she can drive and she lives in a student flat while I stil stay at home and still taking driving lessons might make me seem like a kid to her. She is thinking about a different job so the one reason may not be a good reason, but still I am quite nervous and don't know if I should do it.
