My current boyfriend of three months and I was having this same problem. He would get up on his days off and roam about town all day long, I would not hear from him ever untill night unless I called him. But, the solution was simple, I just told him what I needed from him. and when he began to call I acted very excited. Kept the conversation short and sweet and pleasant. They dont want to call you for you to bitch at them. Now he calls all the time, and we are growing much closer. Good luck!!!
