 there are a few things that can loosen a girl, but try lubricants, or if this persists, she may need to see a doctor, but only if its virtually impossible to enter her as she may need a minor operation to release the muscles in her cirvix, this is uncommon but not impossible.
if sex hurts her, she might well be put off for life, so be sure to be sensitive to this situation as i'm sure she feels one hundred times more embarrassed than you do, when talking about it.

Well thats difficult.... Ive found that foreplay can help in loosing up..but ya prob allready knw this. Other than that im guessing that you talk about your sex life. Talk about seeking medical advice as unconfatuble as it may be their is many things that a doctor can do to help. Also im sure their is remerdys you can buy online for male/female problems.. all the best gaz

reader, anonymous, writes (19 September 2007): I would say your girlfriend is too tight as you havn't allowed her body to relax and prepare for intercourse.Have you tried methods of foreplay? It takes much longer for a woman to be ready for sex than a man, You could try oral sex to help prepare and lubricate her but dont force it and hurt her. Then she will be put off trying it again.
