writes:my xgirlfriend left me after 3 years.we never fight, we always got alone.well she left me befor hollween this year.I was going to ask her lets go out to eat and she said no and i was shocked i was going to be nice.well she said we got to talk well she hit me with it all,meaning she wanted to leave me and she said she didnt know what she wanted in life she was numb and she had a problem that she had to fix without me.i know i got her alot of stuff in the past like two rings one for just to be nice and the other was to marrie me she said yes.i was happy. well now its been 3,mouths now sents i havent talked to her.i dont know what to do.if i try to call her she want answer me well i just found out she is already dateing a firefighter i guess her sister told me and that hurt me. i just want to know what sould i do is it to late are what is she trying to do to me.  Its very hard to accept loosing someone, when you can't see no reason behind it (a true, solid one at that) - but from the sounds of things, it does sound like this is what you have to do. Accept that she has left you, and gone off - perhaps she wasn't happy deep down and didn't know how to express her self or felt she didn't want to hurt you and would give it more time to see if she could sort he feelings her self?
Its sad when it happens, but things happen for a reason - and there are definately more fish in the sea and plenty of opportunities to be had in this world.
Unfortunately, I do think it is too late for you to do anything - as she has clearly moved on with her other partner, but you never know - she may come around one day (but I wouldn't count on it) move on with your life.
