Now that my friend and her bf are okay, her friend in need has fallen in love with her and she feels like she has lead him on and is now really low an doesnt know what to do. What shall i say to her that will make her feel better?

The best thing to do in this situation is to be honest. Tell her to tell her friend like it is, something like
"I really owe you for all the support you gave me when me and x were having problems and I know that if it weren't for you we probably wouldnt be together now and I love you so much as a friend but I want to be with him."
A good friend will understand that, however hurt he is. She's causing him more damage by avoiding the issue.

she will just have to be straight with her friend and explain she was going through problems and she didnt mean for things to get so far ..if hes a true friend he will understand
