I cannot change myself to believe the teachings of Christianity. What can i do?

Did you not tell her that you weren't a christian and then she found out that you not christian and dumped you? If that's not the case then it seems that she's using it as some sort of excuse.

It seems like quite a shallow reason to break up with someone quite frankly. You can be very happy with someone regardless of their beliefs but to be honest it sounds here like she's using this as an excuse to cover the real reasons. If she's tolerated your beliefs for 2 years what suddenly changed?
